 A.

For New Application counter of the Municipality

1. The Application form  Rs 20/- has to be obtained from the Cash Counter, Habra Municipality
2. Photocopy of the current years tax payment receipt.
3. Rent receipt and agreement(minimum three years) in case of  rented space.
4. No Objection from the Owner Of the space in case the same is a rent free space.
5. Photocopy of partnership deed with minimum of 150 Rs stamp with notary, in case of a partnership business.
6. Memorandum of Articles and resgistration certificate of Incorporation in case of a Private Limited Company.
7. Councilor’s signature in the Application form.

B.

For Renewal

1. An Application to the Chairman of the Municipality
2. Photocopy of the current years tax payment receipt.
3. Photocopy of the last license is used
4. Photocopy of current year’s Professional tax paid challan/return.
5. If the License has not been renewed every year then Rs.100/- will be charged as fine for each non- renewal years.
6. The Application form  Rs 20/- has to be obtained from the Cash Counter, Habra Municipality
7. Rent receipt and agreement(minimum three years) in case of  rented space.
8. No Objection from the Owner Of the space in case the same is a rent free space.
9. Photocopy of partnership deed with minimum of 150 Rs stamp with notary, in case of a partnership business.
10. Memorandum of Articles and resgistration certificate of Incorporation in case of a Private Limited Company.
